Mr. Charles D. Rollins Jr.

Mr. Rollins is the founder of The Rollins Group LA. He has been a Real Estate Broker since 1994 in California and a California General Contractor since 1982. With The Rollins Group LA's his years of experience in the Apartment market from, ground up construction, the rehab of older projects, condo conversions. His experience with the properties includes the management of day-to-day operations, dealing with Rent Control issues, the 1031 Exchange process, familiarity with out of state markets and more of the issues a buyer or seller has to deal with. This allows him a unique view of each property and what it will take to operate a financially successful property.
